She hugged him close when she finished binding his wound. Motioning to the doctor to go away, he nodded and left, closing the door. Miia lay down on the floor, bringing him down with her. Combing his hair with her fingers, she kissed his forehead.

Shin was lost on what to feel. Untill he finally just gave in to what his heart constantly told him to do. He kissed Miia passionatly, and then opened his eyes slowly to look at her.

"I'm sorry."

She kissed back, wrapping her arms around his neck. "You have nothing to be sorry for," she whispered, nuzzling her nose against his.

Shin said nonthing. He just simply struggled bak to his feet, and picked up their luggage. He pressed the elevator button, and the doors opened.

"We should... get going. I don't want to see those demons anymore, i have a feeling that something... is wrong with... with my mem-agh!!"

Shin grabbed his head in agonizing pain. Whispers, aquisitions, and dirty comments were al thrown at him through his mind. He was called every word in the book, but mostly a traitor.

Miia hugged him, stroking his hair softly while they waited for the elevator.

Shin breathed heavily before taking in one deep breath, and struggling back to his feet. He decided that it was time to think with his heart and not his mind. He grabbed her hand and walked into the elvator with her. He would find a way to break this curse and live happily.

She squeezed his hand and followed, the elevator doors opening. Stepping in behind him, she kissed him on the cheek and smiled.

Marluxia smiled warmly, and kissed her back. He pressed the lobby button, and the elevator doors shut and they started to go down. He looked at his reflection, and then remembered what he did.

"Miia, i'm truly sorry."

She smiled up at him and kissed him softly. "Its okay... As long as you're happy, I'll be fine."

Shin smiled warmly, and wrapped his arm around her. The elevator stopped, and a man in a red and black uniform grabbed their luggage. Shin walked towards the door, walking next to Miia, holding her hand gently.

She walked beside him in silence, just happy to be near him. Her fingers wrapped around his, giving it a reassuring squeeze.

Shin pulled out his keys, and unlocked the car and opened the door for her. It was time they found another safe place for them to stay.

"I promise that i'll fix this Miia."

Getting into the car, she said, "We'll figure this out... don't worry."

He shut the door, and walked and got into the car on the drivers side. He started up the car, and drove up the street, wondering where they should go now.

"Miia.... never mind."

"Don't start a sentence but not finish it," she said, kissing his cheek. Taking his hand, she asked, "What were you going to say?"

He shook his head, but kept his eyes on the road. He simply turned on the radio, and started to hum to himself lightly.

"It's nonthing, really."

She sighed and rolled her eyes. "I'm going to keep bugging you about this until you tell me."

Shin chuckled lowly, but simply gave her a warm smile and kissed her gently. Then he returned to humming as he turned the radio.

"It's nonthing, really."

Suddenly the news came on, and they mentioned Shin's name, but he quickly turned the radio to something else.

Her ears picked up his name and turned the channel back. "What was that?"

He quickly turned off the radio, and then responded.

"They are just talking about how i went crazy."

She blinked and looked over at him. "I'm sure it'll go away soon... the talk and everything."

Shin sighed in relief, and kept his eyes on the road. He knew lying to her was wron, but if she found out what he did, there is no telling how she'd react.
